Custom Orders

All custom handbag orders are required to be paid in full prior to starting your order. Most bespoke handbag designs will take 3 months from start to completion. When completed, you will receive a notification regarding shipping and insurance costs, which must be paid prior to shipping. Once started, there are NO REFUNDS. All custom orders that involve tooling will have a sketch sent to you for final approval before starting. You can make up to 3 changes to the designs prior to starting your order at no additional charge. Any changes requested beyond the initial 3 included with the initial price quote will be billed at $20 per change and must be paid prior to starting your order. Once started, no additional changes can be made without incurring extra costs. If new leather needs to be ordered to accommodate your changes, it will incur an additional cost beyond what has already been paid. A partial refund is available if you decide to cancel your order prior to any leather or other materials being cut out. The refund amount will be determined by any time or labor spent on your bespoke handbag designs prior to starting your project (e.g., time spent on the sketch). You will be notified via email 24 hours before the start of your project to allow for last-minute cancellation. This 24-hour notice period begins when the email is sent to you. After 24 hours, if no cancellation is made, I will begin your order and NO REFUND will be given once started. If you require more than 24 hours' notice prior to my starting due to vacation, etc., please contact my office to advise. There are no rush orders. Each custom handbag order is processed in the order received to ensure that you receive exactly what you want at a high-quality level without shortcuts.
